We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to assist individuals with community access and personal/self-care tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about improving quality of life and encouraging independence.


About the Role

In this diverse support role, you’ll assist clients with:

  • Community access (shopping, appointments, social outings, recreational activities)

  • Personal and self-care tasks (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication prompts)

  • Daily living skills and independence-building activities

  • Promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times


What We’re Looking For

  • A reliable, empathetic, and respectful person

  • Great communication skills and a person-centred mindset

  • Ability to work independently and follow support plans

  • Availability for a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends


Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Suppor or equivalent minimum 2 years experience

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • COVID-19 Vaccination in line with current health directives

  • Police check
